ABOUT FESCO
FESCO is a consumer goods company that sources, develops, and sells products across Amazon, Walmart, and Target under licensed brand agreements including CAR&DRIVER, COBY, and PERRY ELLIS. Amazon is our primary growth channel, and paid advertising is central to how we win at the category level.
We run a catalog of approximately 500 active SKUs with a defined set of roughly 50 hero ASINs that drive the bulk of our revenue. We are not at the stage where we can afford a set-it-and-forget-it approach to ads. We need someone who reads campaign data like a practitioner and makes decisions accordingly.
THE ROLE
This remote role operates and reports in on NYC Eastern Standard time (9am – 6pm). Position reports directly to VP of eCommerce located in NYC metropolitan area.
All candidates must speak and write in fluent English.
You will own FESCO's Amazon advertising program end to end. That means Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP. Day to day, you will be working inside Pacvue to manage bids, budgets, and targeting across our full catalog while keeping a close eye on the hero SKUs that move the needle.
This is not a generalist marketing role. We want someone who lives inside Amazon Ads, thinks in terms of TACOS and ACOS at the ASIN level, and understands how organic rank, conversion rate, and ad spend interact. You will report directly to the product development manager and collaborate closely on new product launches.
HARD REQUIREMENTS
Amazon PPC
Minimum 4 years managing live Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns
Amazon DSP
Hands-on experience with DSP campaign setup, audience targeting, and performance optimization — not familiarity, actual execution
Pacvue
Active experience using Pacvue for campaign management, bid rules, and reporting. This is our platform of record
Seller Central
Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central including catalog management, account health, and reporting tools
Data fluency
Comfortable pulling, reading, and acting on advertising reports, search term data, and ASIN-level P&L metrics
