You will oversee the complete admissions experience for your assigned families from initial contact through handoff, providing concierge-level attention throughout. You will assess incoming inquiries, support families through their decision process, and leverage AI tools to streamline administrative work so you can concentrate on what truly matters: relationships, conversion, and credibility. What You Will Be Doing Overseeing the complete admissions experience for designated families with professionalism, empathy, and precision. Assessing inbound leads from HNW/UHNW parents through strategic questioning, CRM analysis, and AI-driven insights. Serving as the sole point of contact for all parent interaction, coordination, and follow-through — ensuring a white-glove experience irrespective of enrollment outcome. Utilizing AI platforms and CRM systems (such as HubSpot) to rank priorities, automate outreach sequences, and minimize repetitive tasks. What You Won’t Be Doing Operating from scripts or inflexible procedures — this position demands discernment, sophistication, and emotional awareness. Being hindered by bureaucracy — you will not be mired in interdepartmental sign-offs or dependent on others to move forward. Handing off relationship ownership — you remain the trusted contact from beginning to end. Senior Admissions Counselor Key Responsibilities Provide a white-glove, high-conversion admissions experience that builds family trust and supports Alpha's national growth strategy. Basic Requirements 3+ years in a client-facing position with documented conversion results (e.g., admissions, luxury sales, philanthropy, executive recruiting). Proven ability to manage high-stakes or emotionally complex discussions with professionalism and empathy. CRM expertise (preferably HubSpot) and experience overseeing multi-phase processes from lead through close. Confirmed proficiency with AI tools, automation, and task prioritization workflows. Demonstrated capability to manage details with precision — including documentation, follow-up cadences, CRM accuracy, and an intuitive grasp of what information remains confidential. Located in the U.S. or Canada with authorization to work without visa sponsorship. Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with family availability.
