The Role

You'll own full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of inventory-carrying CPG clients selling on Amazon, Shopify, EDI (SPS Commerce), and direct wholesale. Inventory complexity ranges from simple co-manufacturing to in-house manufacturing with standard costing and multi-level assembly builds. You'll work alongside a US-based client lead, an Argentina-based Financial Operations Analyst, and will communicate daily with client teams via Slack and email.

What you'll do:

• Own bookkeeping, month-end close, and draft financial reporting delivered within the agreed close window
• Run full-cycle AP: invoice ingestion, three-way match (PO → receipt → bill), weekly payment batches, vendor management
• Manage AR: invoicing, cash application, AR aging and dunning, statements of account
• Reconcile Amazon and Shopify settlement files against the GL; own e-commerce clearing accounts
• Post journal entries for COGS, overhead absorption, trade spend accruals, and channel-level corrections
• Track and resolve variances between POs, item receipts, and vendor bills
• Support payroll reviews and benefits reconciliations

What you bring:

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years in progressive accounting experience with US companies
• Deep proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online
• Inventory & COGS accounting: standard costing, BOMs, assembly builds, variance accounts
• Hands-on experience reconciling Amazon FBA or Shopify settlements against a GL
• Experience supporting inventory-based CPG or F&B companies
• Full-cycle AP and AR, end to end
• Comfort with modern tools: Ramp, Brex, Gusto, Rippling
• Daily AI user; you draft, summarize, and accelerate your work with AI and want that to be core to the job
• Steady under volume, accurate, and an over-communicator with fluent English

Bonus points:

• CPA or Masters in Accounting
• Multi-client experience in an outsourced or fractional setting
• You've built automations or no-code workflows to kill repetitive work
• SPS Commerce / EDI familiarity and how it integrates with an ERP like NetSuite
