As we expand across the UK and US, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to take ownership of key finance processes, strengthen our financial operations, and support strategic growth initiatives. What You'll Bring Along : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) is considered a plus Strong post-qualification experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment Solid knowledge of financial reporting and technical accounting Hands-on mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiency Interest in automation and finance systems Strong collaboration and communication skills What You’ll Do : Financial Reporting Lead monthly close and annual reporting, including complex accounting areas Finance Operations Improve processes, systems, and automation, while integrating with the broader Yardi ecosystem Core Finance Oversee day-to-day accounting, including billing and cash collection, and support internal and external partners Business Partnering Provide financial insights to support decision-making and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strategic Projects Support growth initiatives, including new products and international expansion What you'll enjoy once you become part of the Yardi Romania team: A flexible hybrid work setup that blends the best of remote and office life.
