As we grow, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of client deliverables, mentor junior team members, and drive quality and efficiency across their portfolio . You will prepare and review financial statements, guide associate accountants, and contribute to process improvements across the firm. The Role In this role, you will: Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports Review work completed by associate accountants for accuracy and compliance Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, identifying areas for improvement Reconcile complex accounts and investigate discrepancies Collaborate with managers and leadership to ensure timely completion of client deliverables Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting workflows Who You Are You are an experienced accountant who is ready to take on more responsibility. Why you’re a good fit: Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail Experience reviewing work and guiding junior team members Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines Excellent communication skills — can explain accounting matters clearly Motivated by career growth and leadership opportunities Requirements Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA, ACCA, or CA certification required Experience 3–5 years of accounting experience Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting (US GAAP, IFRS) Expertise in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or NetSuite) Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior staff is a plus Skills & Competencies Strong accounting and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Sheets Clear, professional communication skills — strong English required High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP Perform month-end and year-end close procedures Prepare schedules and documentation for internal reviews Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc financial analyses as assigned Core Accounting & Review Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of financial records Categorize and review transactions from bank and credit card feeds for appropriate classification Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and other balance sheet accounts Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Review work performed by associate accountants for accuracy and completeness Team Collaboration & Leadership Oversee accounting work performed by associate team members Provide guidance and training to associate accountants Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of tasks Drive process improvements and efficiency in accounting workflows Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Prepare and review compliance documentation Maintain and improve financial record-keeping systems Why Join Us High-growth firm with real opportunities for advancement and promotion Exposure to diverse clients, industries, and complex accounting matters Collaborative, high-performance team culture Professional development support and mentorship Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses
