About the Role
Our agency client is hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead a high-visibility retail account and support additional digital clients. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and enjoys being the central point of coordination. You will lead integrated digital programs across email, mobile, paid social, and social commerce, ensuring strong execution and continuous optimization.
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Act as the day-to-day client lead, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across all workstreams.
- Digital Program Leadership: Oversee campaigns across email, mobile, paid social, and social commerce.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with multiple Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
- Retail Expertise: Apply retail insights to improve customer experience and campaign performance.
- Scope and Resourcing: Manage scopes of work, resourcing plans, retainers, and reporting.
- Performance Optimization: Work with analytics and media teams to refine strategy and improve results.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth coordination across creative, data, and deployment teams.
Qualifications- 5+ years in account management (agency or digital-first environment)
- Strong experience in email and mobile marketing (modular systems, data-driven design)
- Expertise in paid social and social commerce
- Experience managing complex workflows with multiple stakeholders
- Retail or consumer brand experience is a strong plus
- Confident client-facing presence with strong presentation skills
- Experience managing scopes, retainers, and reporting
- Ability to handle multiple accounts and priorities
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and helping define processes
