Now we’re building our U.S. go-to-market team — and we’re looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial Account Executives to join us. You’ll be joining us during a critical growth stage with the opportunity to: Own and grow a territory Sell a truly differentiated AI product with strong product-market fit Help shape our U.S. sales motion Work directly with municipal leaders and decision-makers Build a market from the ground up alongside a fantastic team If you thrive in high-autonomy environments and want meaningful ownership, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Own the full sales cycle across your territory, from prospecting through close (note- we do have an SDR team to support your prospecting efforts) Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, social selling, conferences, and strategic relationship-building Develop trusted relationships with city leaders, public works departments, and municipal stakeholders Conduct product demonstrations Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve pipeline generation and regional campaigns Help refine and scale our U.S. sales processes as we enter new territories Represent vialytics at industry events, conferences, and onsite customer meetings This role requires frequent travel within your region (~60% of time spent traveling). What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or complex B2B sales Track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills Comfortable navigating multi-stakeholder sales environments Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and accountability Excitement about AI, GovTech, and modernizing public infrastructure Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for regional travel Bonus Points For Public sector or GovTech sales experience Experience in startup or high-growth environments MEDDICC sales experience We're a collaborative, low-ego culture focused on winning together- if you're interested in learning more please apply below and we'll set up time to chat if we feel it's a match.
