We are currently recruiting a Senior Account Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a high-energy strategic thinker with a passion for omnichannel media and a proven track record in client management. Position Overview: As a Senior Account Executive on the Client Services Team, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between clients and the agency, ensuring seamless collaboration and the successful execution of campaigns. Your enthusiasm, fast-paced work style, organization and exceptional client interfacing skills will be key to exceeding client expectations and driving their success. Key Responsibilities: ● Client Management: Manage a portfolio of accounts, maintaining strong, open, and clear communication with clients. Understand their goals, needs, and visions to deliver beyond their business objectives. ● Campaign Oversight: Work closely with internal media teams to develop and execute effective media plans across various industries, including healthcare, QSR and eCommerce. Management of account-specific team and their buys across traditional (TV, radio, OOH) and digital media (CTV, social, SEM, programmatic display/audio). ● Strategic Planning: Translate client goals into actionable strategies and subsequent campaigns, ensuring every campaign delivers outstanding results that matter. Collaborate closely with media strategists to translate business goals into media goals. ● Workflow Management: Partner with project managers to ensure efficient work processes within internal teams, fostering well-defined communication and workflow management. Leverage internal systems such as Monday.com and Airtable to oversee efficient workflow across teams. ● Reporting & Analysis: Oversee the delivery of comprehensive reports that distill complex analytics and performance metrics into actionable insights and recommendations for clients. Ensure that all reports delivered by internal analysts are relevant and valuable to key client stakeholders. ● Budget Management: Work with internal teams to craft detailed budgets in alignment with media strategies. Ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation, as well as communicating budgets to internal media teams for execution. Qualifications: ● Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 8-12 years of experience in an agency environment, with a focus on managing clients, including media-driven accounts, both digital and traditional. ● Skills: Strong strategic thinking, diligent self/team organization, excellent communication, and client interfacing abilities. Proven track record in executing successful media campaigns and delivering outstanding client results. ● Knowledge: In-depth understanding of paid media across traditional and digital channels, with the ability to craft and execute effective media plans. ● Fiscal Management: Strong budget management skills, including creation and management of client media budgets, tracking of invoices, monthly true-ups, and internal budget sign-offs. ● Analytical Ability: Proficiency in distilling complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for clients.
