We are looking for a paid search expert that excels at utilizing data to optimize SEM campaign while also understanding the ever-changing digital behavior of today’s consumer. This role will be hands-on in the Search platforms in supporting numerous enterprise level SEM campaigns being managed at global levels. If you eat, sleep and breath paid search, then let’s talk! DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate on search engine marketing strategy development Coordinate, execute + analyze paid search marketing campaigns on Google and Bing Maintain understanding of fundamental digital marketing metrics and how they interact and influence one another Remain up to date with knowledge of client specific KPIs and general business information Work with SEM Strategists to ensure client campaigns goals/objectives are achieved Ownership of following organization optimization and reporting processes: Be able to successfully work across Excel, web interfaces, desktop editors, and ad servers to optimize digital marketing campaigns Paid search keyword expansion / research, including negative keyword generation Evaluate search keywords / ad copy for relevancy to landing pages Develop ad copy for clients’ search campaigns Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and optimization recommendations to SEM Strategists KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES : Absolutely Must Have: A strong working knowledge of AdWords and Bing Ads Business analytics experience – web analytics or otherwise Flexible, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects at once and meticulously follow process Detail oriented with strong attention to follow-through Strategic thinker with proven ability to build and grow client relationships Ability to analyze data and information and translate into actionable strategies Strong written, verbal, and visual communication Proficient on Microsoft Excel Must be able to focus for long periods of time at a computer screen given the nature of the digital business Would be Awesome to Have (but not necessary): Experience in both the B2B and B2C worlds eCommerce expertise Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Ability to create presentations and tell a great story Experience in selling in a service-based business
