Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are seeking an experienced, and motivated Self-Employed Mortgage & Protection Advisor to work with a growing property services group and financial services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to maximise earnings, build their own client bank and benefit from high-quality leads, full admin support and access to a comprehensive lender panel, with support from one of the UK’s leading Mortgage and Protection Networks, Mortgage Advice Bureau. Duties will include: Provide whole of intermediary market mortgage advice to a broad client base Deliver tailored protection advice (Life, Critical Illness, Income Protection etc) Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry to completion Generate and develop your own leads, alongside provided lead sources Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, solicitors and introducers Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures Maintain accurate client records and case notes Deliver an outstanding client experience, leading to repeat business and referrals Skills required: Fully CeMAP qualified or equivalent CAS status Proven track record in mortgage and protection advice Strong knowledge or residential, buy to let and remortgage markets Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial mindset Excellent communication and relationship building skills Organised, professional and client focused.
