Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic junior to mid-level Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will work remotely but must be located in NY/NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for setting appointments for our President/CEO with potential clients. Your primary focus will be on selling our staffing services, engaging with prospects, and building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential leads for staffing services
Set appointments with prospects for the President/CEO
Engage with potential clients through various communication channels
Develop and maintain relationships with prospects
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointments
Utilize Apollo or similar systems to manage and track outreach efforts
Participate in occasional face-to-face meetings as required
Requirements:
Must be based in NY/NJ
Previous experience in a sales development or similar role
Familiarity with Apollo or similar CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent organizational and time management skills
