What You’ll Do As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving vialytics’ growth by building relationships with prospective customers and generating new business opportunities. You will: Research and identify target municipalities and key decision-makers Conduct outbound outreach through phone, email, and social channels Build customer-first relationships through thoughtful discovery conversations Partner closely with Marketing to develop impactful campaigns and messaging Maintain accurate pipeline activity and customer information in our CRM Continuously improve sales processes and share best practices with the team Help introduce an innovative AI solution to a new and growing market What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles within SaaS or technology-enabled services Excitement about technology, innovation, and public infrastructure Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-starter mindset with a strong drive for results Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and professional audiences Highly organized with strong attention to detail Collaborative team player with a professional, can-do attitude Why Join vialytics?
