I’m helping Alchemy find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Scrum Master . You'll empower elite teams to build scalable Web3 applications through agile leadership and process improvement. What makes you a strong candidate: You are proficient in Software development, Scrum, Notion, Jira, Backend for frontend (BFF). You have the potential to develop in Web3, Gaming, Blockchain. English - Conversational Responsibilities and more: Responsibilities  Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming  Support engineering and product teams in maintaining efficient development workflows  Identify and remove blockers that impact team productivity and delivery timelines  Help improve collaboration across Web3, backend, frontend, DevOps, and product teams  Track sprint progress and support project coordination across stakeholders  Promote agile best practices and continuous process improvement  Assist with roadmap planning and delivery management  Foster a positive and collaborative team environment Requirements  Experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role  Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies  Experience supporting software development teams in startup or fast-paced environments  Good communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills  Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams and manage priorities effectively  Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Notion, or similar platforms  Some understanding or exposure to blockchain, Web3, or gaming environments is preferred  Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in dynamic environments Your potential leader(s): Diksha Pawar -
