Job Title: Scheduler Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) A highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler is sought to support scheduling operations within an ABA therapy environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing scheduling-related communication, coordinating session updates, maintaining scheduling accuracy, and supporting operational workflows between therapists, families, and internal teams. This role requires a responsive and proactive individual who can manage a high volume of communication while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage scheduling updates and session coordination activities Respond to scheduling-related chats, emails, and communication requests in a timely manner Coordinate therapist and client session changes Maintain accurate scheduling records across multiple systems Communicate scheduling updates clearly and professionally to families, therapists, and internal teams Support operational workflow management related to scheduling activities Ensure schedules are updated accurately and efficiently Monitor scheduling conflicts and escalate issues when necessary Maintain accurate documentation and administrative records Support additional scheduling, coordination, and operational tasks as required Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) highly preferred Previous experience in scheduling coordination, healthcare scheduling, appointment coordination, administrative coordination, customer service coordination, operations support, or healthcare administration preferred Experience within ABA therapy, healthcare scheduling, therapy coordination, or high-volume scheduling environments preferred Strong organizational skills required Excellent communication skills required Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy required Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities simultaneously required Strong responsiveness and sense of urgency required Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure required Strong problem-solving skills required Professional and friendly communication style required Strong computer literacy required Ability to manage chats, emails, and scheduling systems simultaneously required Good typing speed and administrative accuracy required Ability to learn new scheduling platforms and systems quickly required Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup Comfortable working U.S. hours Remote work from home Fraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
