Job Description This is a remote position. Genesis Consulting is seeking a motivated, ambitious, hardworking, and resourceful SAP Training Lead with a passion for growth and business transformation to support an S/4HANA migration for a nationwide commercial client. Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP Training Lead will support training for business transformations of newly implemented cloud solutions using SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP Financials. The project is centered around the migration of multiple legacy systems and ultimately the implementation of S/4HANA and SuccessFactors Human Capital Management. Duties include but may not be limited to: Create and Develop complete SAP End User training plan and curriculum. Identify and Develop End User Training Content for customer based on best medium for content consumption (e.g. Online vs Instructor Led) Prepare and Build Training Content in SAP EnableNow Work with SAP on the implementation of EnableNow Work with customer on instructional design and content authoring approaches for training development Lead team of training developers to create and meet needs and deadlines for training content Create and implement custom education programs that demonstrate knowledge of Adult Learning Principles and incorporate best practice delivery techniques Plan, design, develop, organize, write, and edit instructor-led training content as well as storyboards for electronic learning modules (WBT, CBT, eLearning) Conduct training needs assessments Develop course objectives and design plan based on assessment results Interview Subject Matter Experts and clients to collect necessary information to design and develop blended education solutions Conceptualize and develop evaluation measures including knowledge checks, course evaluations, and tests Participate in content review, revision and sign-off cycles Conduct Train-The-Trainer sessions (possibility to expand into training delivery in subsequent phases of the project if desired) Provide application knowledge, methodology expertise and/or industry knowledge Build and maintain client relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service and exceeding expectations Status reporting, issue identification, problem solving Create and manage the development and execution of the core elements of change initiatives, including, but not limited to: stakeholder engagement plan/strategy; communications strategy/plan; training strategy/plan. Support execution of change campaigns aligned with overall change strategy and approach Requirements Minimum Qualifications/Experience: 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors HCM and SAP Financials Lead Trainer experience Knowledge in one or more of the following modules of RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud is preferred: Financial Accounting (Cash, GL, AR & AP) Job Costing/Project Costing Revenue/Sales and Billing Vendor Management Procurement Fixed Assets Equipment Maintenance Inventory Management Warehouse Management Business Intelligence Financial Close Management Lease Management and Accounting Treasury Customer Relationship Management Knowledge in one or more of the following modules of SAP SuccessFactors HCM is preferred: Core HR Time & Attendance Payroll Talent Acquisition Learning Management System Expert knowledge in MS Office tools: Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, MS Teams, SharePoint Demonstrated experience with SAP EnableNow on at least 2 SAP projects Proven ability to develop engaging and effective training curriculum to provide essential knowledge and enhance user adoption Knowledge of Instructional Design Theory and Adult Learning Principles Strong attention to detail Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with multiple deadlines Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills; strong executive presence, including the ability to partner with and effectively influence multiple stakeholders; ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders S/4 HANA project experience Professional Services / Big 4 Consulting Experience Classroom Training Experience Experience in organizational design as well as operating & change delivery models is required High comfortability working closely with senior leadership throughout the organization. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree – Required Required Certifications: PMP, SAP, SAFe, CSM certifications desired Other: Travel: Project is fully remote, but o ccasional travel to client site may be required
