In this role you will hold administrative responsibility for a large-scale, global Learning Management System, ensuring its stability, quality, and governance across a diverse international user base. You will work at the intersection of HR, IT, and learning operations, supporting end users and local administrators worldwide, moderating content, and driving a consistently high-quality learning experience across the organisation. What You'll Do: LMS Administration & Support Manage day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors LMS administration including licensing, user accounts, role assignments, and system configuration in line with global standards. Content Quality Control & Governance Review and approve learning content submitted by local administrators, ensuring quality, consistency, correct language, and elimination of duplication across the platform. Level 2 End-User Support Serve as the escalation point for functional and technical queries from global LMS users and learning administrators, resolving incidents related to learning processes and system usage. Training Scheduling & Reporting Support users with course scheduling, assignments, and the creation of both standard and ad-hoc reports within the LMS. Reporting & Analytics Assist with data analysis and LMS reporting to inform learning insights and operational decision-making. Continuous Improvement Contribute to system enhancements, documentation, knowledge-sharing initiatives, and training delivery for users and administrators. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with HR, IT, and global learning teams to maintain aligned, high-quality learning services.
