RESPONSABILITIES: You advise well-known, international companies on the integration of SAP SuccessFactors HCM You analyze existing HR IT landscapes and develop them further in a sustainable way You design and implement integrations and are hands-on with common SAP technologies You work closely with HR, IT, and architecture teams on the client side You lead workshops, explain complex topics in an understandable way, and make well-founded technical decisions You independently manage projects from the initial idea through implementation to a successful go-live REQUIREMENTS: 2+ years of experience in integrating SAP SuccessFactors HCM with SAP ERP HCM and/or other systems Very strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Hands-on experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration, and SAP BTP Solid understanding of HR processes and data models High quality standards, strong initiative, and motivation to deliver excellent results Very good German (B2) and good English (B2) language skills What we value: Creative Freedom: Got ideas?
