Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Core Global Template Lead to drive the design, governance, and implementation of global Employee Central templates across multiple countries and business units. The successful candidate will lead solution design workshops, define global standards, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure successful deployment of Employee Central best practices within a complex international environment.
This role requires strong functional expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, global template design experience, and the ability to lead multinational implementation programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, governance, and maintenance of the global Employee Central template.
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
Drive standardization of HR processes across multiple countries and regions.
Manage global template decisions while balancing localization requirements.
Coordinate activities between business, functional, technical, integration, and data migration teams.
Provide guidance and leadership to supporting consultants and workstream resources.
Identify and manage cross-stream and cross-module dependencies.
Collaborate closely with integration teams to ensure successful interface design and delivery.
Support data migration planning, validation, and deployment activities.
Work closely with project management and leadership teams to ensure delivery milestones are achieved.
Support testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities.
Ensure solution quality, consistency, and adherence to project standards.
Manage stakeholder communications and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
Functional Expertise
Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central experience.
Extensive experience configuring and implementing Employee Central solutions.
Proven experience leading global template design initiatives.
Experience delivering multi-country SAP SuccessFactors implementations.

Understanding of SAP HCM integration points and coexistence scenarios.
Data Migration Experience
Familiarity with HR data migration methodologies and best practices.
Experience supporting data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading activities.
Understanding of migration tools and migration governance processes.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
The successful candidate must demonstrate:

Ability to manage and coordinate activities with business and technology leads.
Ability to direct and coordinate supporting consultants across workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
Additional SuccessFactors certifications are advantageous.
SAP HCM functional knowledge is beneficial.
Experience working within HR transformation programs.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
Experience working with global organizations and shared service models.
