RED is currently recruiting for an experienced SAP Finance Lead / Solution Architect to join one of RED's key consulting partners on an exciting 6-month remote project, starting ASAP.

SAP Finance Solution Architect / Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP Finance solutions within a complex enterprise landscape. This role combines strong functional expertise with architectural leadership and team management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP FI solutions covering GL, AP, AR, Banking, and Tax.
• Architect integrations with Salesforce, SAP MDG, and external banking systems using middleware (PI/PO, CPI, APIs).
• Lead a team of 7–8 SAP FI consultants and developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Act as the primary client contact for finance workstreams.
• Contribute to SAP S/4HANA Finance architecture and global template implementations.
• Demonstrate theoretical knowledge of SAP Joule AI capabilities in Finance (hands-on exposure is a plus).

Required Experience

• 15+ years of SAP Finance (FI) experience with strong configuration expertise.
• Proven integration experience across SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of financial compliance, tax regulations, and S/4HANA migration.
• SAP Joule AI knowledge

Preferred

• CA / Inter CA / Commerce PG
• SAP Finance or S/4HANA certification
• Agile/DevOps exposure
