Drive milestone sign-offs and manage escalations effectively. Team Leadership & Mentoring - Delegate and supervise junior consultant workstreams. Mentor team members and support their HRIS certification journeys. Conduct regular 1:1s and provide structured, actionable feedback. JOB REQUIREMENTS (EDUCATION + EXPERIENCE + SKILLS) Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution. 7–10 years of HRIS experience; led at least 5 end-to-end implementations. Strong leadership, client management, and communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
