Key Responsibilities Plan and execute SAP PP and QM implementation, enhancement, and support activities. Analyze business requirements and provide effective SAP solutions. Conduct blueprint workshops, AS-IS studies, and gap analysis sessions. Configure SAP PP and QM modules according to business requirements. Create workshop presentations, process flow diagrams, and solution documentation. Develop Process Definition Documents (PDD/BDD) and Business Process Procedures (BPP). Configure and support: QM in Procurement Source Inspection Vendor Evaluation and Vendor Selection Incoming, In-Process, and Outgoing Quality Inspections Certificate of Analysis Quality Notifications Statistical Process Control (SPC) Test Equipment Management Auditing Batch Management Production Planning Processes Integrate PP and QM with SAP MM, WM, PM, SD, and external systems such as LIMS. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, upgrade testing, and post-go-live support. Prepare user manuals, training documentation, and test scripts. Collaborate with onsite teams and provide regular project status updates. What We’re Looking For in You: 6–8 years of SAP PP and QM consulting experience. 2–3 years of functional domain experience in manufacturing, production, or quality management. Strong hands-on SAP PP and QM configuration experience. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and above; S/4HANA experience is highly preferred. Expertise in: Production Planning (PP) Quality Management (QM) Vendor Evaluation and Source Inspection Quality Control and Notifications Test Equipment Management Statistical Process Control (SPC) Batch Management Certificate of Analysis Auditing Processes Experience integrating QM with WM, PP, PM, MM, and SD modules. Knowledge of LIMS integrations. Strong documentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with testing, upgrades, and SAP implementation methodologies. Japanese language proficiency is mandatory. Preferred Qualifications SAP Certification in QM, PP, or PLM. SAP Solution Manager experience. Experience with Document Management System (DMS).
