SAP IS-A&D Expert: Engineer Operational Precision for Air & Defense Systems Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP IS-A&D (Industry Solution for Aerospace & Defense) Expert to architect, implement, and optimize SAP systems tailored for aviation, defense, and mission-critical logistics. You’ll work at the intersection of compliance, asset lifecycle management, supply chain visibility, and secure operations. Key Responsibilities Design and implement SAP IS-A&D solutions for MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) , contract management , military logistics , and project systems Configure modules aligned with aerospace and defense compliance standards , including ITAR, DFARS, and NATO regulations Collaborate with business and security stakeholders to develop secure, auditable workflows Integrate IS-A&D with SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, PM, PS, FI/CO) and third-party defense logistics platforms Provide expertise in Serialized Material Management , Fleet Planning , and Performance-Based Logistics (PBL) You Bring 5+ years of experience in SAP IS-A&D implementations , preferably in aerospace, military, or aviation programs Deep understanding of project-based manufacturing , contract management , and complex service orders Familiarity with government contract compliance , quality assurance, and defense-specific reporting Strong integration knowledge across SAP ECC/S/4HANA and external supply chain or maintenance systems Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills Requirements SAP IS-A&D, MRO, Serialized Asset Management, Military Logistics, SAP PS/MM/SD/PM, Defense Compliance (ITAR/DFARS), ECC or S/4HANA, Secure Process Design Benefits Shape defense-grade digital systems in one of India’s most ambitious enterprises Work remotely in an innovation-first culture focused on scale, trust, and industry impact Lead cross-functional transformation for mission-critical operations Influence how emerging tech (AI, IoT, Digital Twin) is applied across air and defense ecosystems
