Job Purpose We are looking for an experienced SAP IBP Application Manager with proven full-cycle IBP implementations and deep expertise in core modules like S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning), Demand / Forecasting, Supply / Response, Inventory. This multi-functional role covers application management, end-to-end integrations (SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG), and proactive collaboration with business owners and System Integrators within a regulated manufacturing environment Key Responsibilities • Application management for SAP IBP: configurations, monitoring, enhancements, and incident remediation, intervening hands-on when needed. • Actively drive new initiatives on the IBP platform—e.g., rolling out modules, integrating new features. • Integrate IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, and other systems via CI-DS, Cloud Connector, etc. • Collaborate closely with business owners (supply chain, commercial, finance) to capture priorities, roadmap initiatives, and ensure timely delivery aligned with business demand. • Interface with System Integrators to steer solution design, implementation, testing, and post go live support. Required Education Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field. Required Skills and Experience • 5+ years’ experience in SAP IBP, including 2+ full implementation cycles for modules like S&OP, Demand, Forecasting, Inventory, Response/Supply, and Control Tower. • Strong technical proficiency: CI-DS configuration, real-time integration, data model harmonization, Excel/Fiori add-in. • Experience integrating IBP with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, MDG. • Career background in manufacturing or regulated industries. • Familiarity with SAP PP\DS scenarios • Hands-on with IBP administration: roles/authorizations, transport & patch management. • Exposure to ABAP for integration with S4. Required Behaviours and Competencies • Excellent relationship management with business stakeholders and SIs. • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; proactive and results-oriented. • Collaborative, adaptable, with a capacity to learn new technologies quickly.
