About the Role We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM ECC Benefits Lead with strong hands-on configuration expertise to support ongoing HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Benefits Administration within SAP ECC HCM , ensuring alignment with business requirements and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities Lead design and configuration of SAP HCM Benefits module (Health, Insurance, Savings, and Flexible Spending Plans). Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions. Manage testing, defect resolution, and production support for Benefits processes. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Time Management teams to ensure seamless integration. Provide system documentation, user training, and functional specifications for enhancements. Participate in workshops, design sessions, and cutover activities as needed. Qualifications 7+ years of SAP HCM functional experience with at least 3+ years focused on Benefits configuration . Strong understanding of Benefits Plans, Eligibility, and Enrollment processing . Hands-on experience in Open Enrollment, Life Events, and Benefits Interface management . Knowledge of integration with Payroll and Time Management modules. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4HANA HCM compatibility pack preferred.
