Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP CS (Customer Service) Expert to lead the configuration and optimization of service management systems within SAP. You’ll help digitize and automate the full after-sales service lifecycle — from service notifications to warranties and field service — delivering excellence at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities Configure and implement SAP CS modules , including: Service Orders & Contracts Warranty Management Installed Base and Equipment Tracking Field Service, Repairs, and Returns (RMA) Integrate SAP CS with SD, MM, FI/CO, PM , and CRM for end-to-end service workflows Enable efficient management of customer interactions, preventive maintenance, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Drive automation and visibility in service order processing , spare part logistics , and customer billing Collaborate with customer success, support, logistics, and finance teams to build a seamless service experience You Bring 4+ years of experience in SAP CS module implementation or support Strong understanding of service order lifecycle , warranty claims , and customer equipment records Experience with SAP S/4HANA Service , Fiori applications , and integration with CRM or FSM (Field Service Management) Familiarity with service analytics , contract renewals , and service-based revenue models Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills Requirements SAP CS, Service Management, Warranty Processing, Service Orders & Contracts, Installed Base, RMA, S/4HANA, Fiori, CRM Integration, Field Service Benefits Deliver service excellence for a customer-first enterprise Work remotely with high-impact teams across tech, operations, and support Build and scale integrated service management platforms across diverse sectors Help us engineer customer satisfaction into every product and experience
