You'll help build unified customer experiences, support omnichannel engagement, and ensure personalized interactions across a diverse business landscape. Key Responsibilities Implement and manage core SAP CRM modules , including: Sales (CRM-Sales) Service (CRM-Service) Marketing (CRM-Marketing) Interaction Center (IC) Partner Channel Management (PCM) Configure customer master data, campaign management, lead-to-quote processes, service tickets, and SLA tracking Integrate SAP CRM with ERP (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) , SAP SD , FI , and third-party systems Enable mobile CRM solutions, customer portals, and field service operations Improve customer insights through CRM analytics, segmentation, and performance dashboards Ensure GDPR and data compliance across all customer-related workflows You Bring 4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM module implementation or support In-depth knowledge of sales pipeline management , service request handling , and campaign execution Experience with SAP CRM WebUI , Fiori , or SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) is a plus Strong understanding of integration with SAP SD, MM, FI , and SAP BI for customer analytics Excellent communication skills and a deep customer-centric mindset Requirements SAP CRM, CRM-Sales, CRM-Service, CRM-Marketing, Interaction Center, WebUI, S/4HANA Integration, Customer Analytics, Campaign Management, SAP C4C Benefits Build and manage digital CRM systems for multi-sector enterprises and consumer-facing brands Work remotely while influencing how we attract, serve, and retain millions of customers Help create intelligent, personalized journeys across sales, service, and support Be part of a fast-moving team redefining customer relationships in the digital age
