Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Leader with experience in Project Management, Sales Cloud, and ideally CPQ to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators and overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of Salesforce developers and administrators to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs Serve as the technical expert for Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions Collaborate with business stakeholders and end-users to gather and document requirements Translate business requirements into technical specifications and design solutions that meet those requirements Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions to meet business needs Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and test plans Perform code reviews and ensure that all code is well-documented and adheres to best practices Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features and make recommendations for how they can be leveraged to improve business processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions Experience leading a team of Salesforce developers and administrators In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions, including configuration and customization Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access controls Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills If you are a highly motivated and skilled Salesforce Technical Leader with experience in Project Management, Sales Cloud, and ideally CPQ, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
