You'll be responsible to provide technical leadership across the Salesforce technology domain, partnering closely with B2B Marketing and Sales and B2C Service teams. You'll learn how the business operates so you can elevate their capacity to serve more customers, with hands-on prototyping and proof-of-concept work in Health Cloud and OmniStudio at the heart of your day-to-day. You'll also dig into production issues across Quoting, Clinical Documentation, Case Management, and Lead Management solutions. Responsibilities Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to define technical scope for prototypes that accelerate solutions. Deliver solutions and designs across Health Cloud Group Benefits and Administration, Vlocity components, Service Cloud, Health Cloud Care Management, and Scheduling. Apply strategic thinking when making data model and security model changes, ensuring alignment with Master Data Management, Data Governance, Security, and Compliance guidelines and standards. Serve as a key point of contact for business, operations, and technical coworkers, communicating clearly in writing and verbally. Listen actively and ask specific questions to quickly understand the problems customers, members, and coworkers are facing. Identify gaps between business processes and standard or custom Salesforce processes, providing solution options and recommendations that leverage standard Salesforce features whenever possible. Champion documentation across off-shore and on-shore teams establishing and maintaining the processes and standards that empower every team member to make the best design decision they can. Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic, and outcome-oriented.
