Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, aligning with enterprise integration and business process requirements.
• Lead technical architecture design for complex Salesforce integrations with ERP, marketing automation, and legacy systems using middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).
• Define data models, security models, automation flows, and deployment strategies that ensure scalability, governance, and compliance across multi-org environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications and lead solution design workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Own technical governance — establish best practices, enforce architectural standards, and mentor junior architects and developers on Salesforce platform excellence.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices for Salesforce deployments using tools like Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins.
