Key Responsibilities Assess and remediate Salesforce security vulnerabilities identified through security reviews and audits. Develop and execute comprehensive remediation plans while ensuring adherence to deployment and release management best practices. Strengthen Salesforce security controls and governance across the platform. Collaborate closely with IT, Information Security, and business stakeholders to implement secure solutions. Perform security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance platform security posture. Manage Salesforce Health Check reviews, critical updates, and security patches. Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and industry best practices. Required Skills & Experience ✅ Expert knowledge of Salesforce Security Architecture: Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD) Sharing Rules Profiles & Permission Sets Restriction Rules ✅ Strong experience in Code-Level Security Remediation: Apex Security Visualforce Security Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL Injection Prevention Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) Mitigation CRUD/FLS & Data Access Security ✅ Experience with Platform Security Management: Salesforce Health Check Security Reviews Critical Release Updates Security Patch Management ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge IT and Information Security teams. Preferred Skills ⭐ Experience with Salesforce Shield: Platform Encryption Event Monitoring Field Audit Trail ⭐ Salesforce Security or Platform Certifications preferred. What We're Looking For Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and drive security initiatives end-to-end.
