What awaits you As a Salesforce Developer, you will be part of one of the two feature teams we in the hub have for the a key member of the Product Team, ensuring smooth and efficient deployment processes within our large-scale Salesforce ecosystem. You will work as part of an overarching cross-functional team, collaborating closely with other deployment engineers, Salesforce platform admin and environment managers, QA specialists, operations teams, feature development teams, and product owners. Participate in a structured intensive Salesforce enablement bootcamp designed specifically for mid-senior engineers (Trailhead, internal training, Salesforce classes) Learn and apply Salesforce fundamentals, declarative and programmatic development: Flow Builder, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs Earn Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I) Join a dynamic, collaborative feature development team that values open communication, knowledge sharing, problem-solving, and delivering features as part of our CRM products. Design and develop customized solutions with APEX (classes and triggers), Lightning Components (Aura & LWC), Flow Builder, and API integrations (web services, outbound messages) using our MuleSoft integration layer. Configure objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, permissions, and other Salesforce platform related settings. Refine and optimize existing Salesforce implementations for performance and scalability. Maintain technical documentation to support development and operations. Ensure reliability and performance by implementing robust unit testing and maintaining detailed logs and debugging. Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprints, stand-ups, and iterative development to deliver different features. What should you bring along University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field At least 3 years of proven hands-on experience required in an Agile project as a Java developer (Spring, REST APIs) Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills, including familiarity with best practices and design patterns Strong understanding of web development (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) Strong experience with database concepts and queries (SQL) Proficiency in working with structured and semi-structured data formats such as JSON, XML, and CSV, including transformation and validation Good understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines, with hands-on experience using Git for version control, Jira for issue tracking, and deploying applications through automated workflows and release management tools Create and maintain technical documentation in Confluence and Jira Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new technologies Strong communication, coordination and collaboration across cross-functional teams Excellent English verbal and written skills What do we offer?
