Lead Salesforce Developer (Dev)

Essential Job Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Developer role requires an in-depth understanding of enterprise IT software deployment and life cycle.

Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce architecture and API.

Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Conga Composer and Docusign.

Design and develop solutions using Conga Composer for automated document generation.

Configure and develop Docusign workflows to meet business requirements and compliant e-signature processes.

Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Aura and LWC (Lightning Web Components).

Solid Experience with Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST, SOAP, APIs).

Proven experience as a Salesforce Communities Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce Community Cloud and Sales Cloud.

Release processes for complex integrated enterprise application knowledge is a plus.

Participate in the feature delivery process from beginning to end, including documentation, system operational tasks, and declarative application development work.

Leverage Agile methodologies for development.

Assist with the development and deployment of training and training materials and demo new functionality to stakeholders.

Provide dedicated team support focused on finding ways to be more efficient through continuous process improvement.
