Salesforce Business Analyst/ Subject Matter Expert Full-Time Remote o A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce & role experience o In-depth understanding of the business process o Gather requirements via our bi-weekly touchpoint sessions with our business owners o Write user stories via Jira o Requirements acceptance through facilitating Product Owner to review the requirements/user stories for accuracy and acceptance o Responsible for user and product documentation o Responsible for business process mapping o Responsible for being the synergy between the business and the development side of the project o Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business owners If interested in applying for the position, please reach out to me at [email protected]
