Salesforce Automation & Integration Expert

Location: Remote

Hourly: $20–$30/hour (depending on experience and fit)

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Automation & Integration Expert to join our team and provide consultation and implementation support for client projects.

The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Salesforce automation, CRM optimization, and third-party integrations, along with strong client communication and consulting skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand business workflows and CRM requirements
• Design and implement Salesforce automation solutions
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party tools, platforms, and APIs
• Optimize existing Salesforce setups and processes
• Recommend scalable CRM and automation best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams on client delivery

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Salesforce experience
• Strong expertise in Salesforce automation and workflow design
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based systems
• Ability to independently handle client consultations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with remote/distributed teams

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Flow / Process Builder
• API integrations
• Zapier, Make, HubSpot, Slack, ERP/accounting integrations, or similar tools
• Apex/custom Salesforce development experience is a plus
• CRM architecture and process optimization experience
