Salesforce & Technology Operations Associate (English/Spanish) Location: Remote (Latin America Required) Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor Compensation: $1,400-$2,500 USD/month, depending on experience Travel: International travel opportunities available About Adapt22 Adapt22 helps organizations leverage technology, automation, AI, and modern systems to operate more effectively and scale their impact. This role will primarily support a major global nonprofit organization operating across Africa, Latin America, Asia, the Caribbean, and the Philippines. The organization is currently undergoing a large-scale Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud implementation. About the Role This is not a traditional Salesforce Administrator position. While Salesforce will be a core part of your responsibilities, this role also involves user training, global communication, technology adoption, data quality, rollout support, documentation, and project coordination. You will work directly alongside the founder of Adapt22 and play a key role in helping a global nonprofit successfully implement and scale Salesforce across dozens of countries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both technology and working with people. Responsibilities Salesforce Support & Administration - Support Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud users - Assist with user setup and permissions - Help maintain data quality and data integrity - Create and modify reports and dashboards - Assist with testing new features and enhancements - Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and support end users - Coordinate with implementation partners and consultants Training & Adoption - Conduct virtual training sessions - Create training materials and documentation - Support user onboarding and adoption - Help drive successful Salesforce rollout initiatives - Gather feedback from users and stakeholders Global Operations Support - Communicate with teams around the world - Assist with project coordination across multiple countries and time zones - Support data collection and reporting initiatives - Help improve operational processes and technology usage Technology Operations While Salesforce is the primary focus, exposure to the following is a plus: - Google Workspace - AI and automation tools - Data management and reporting - General business technology platforms Required Qualifications - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Fluent Spanish (written and spoken) - 2+ years of Salesforce experience - Experience supporting Salesforce users or implementations - Strong communication skills - Strong organizational skills - Ability to work independently - High attention to detail - Comfortable leading training sessions - Reliable internet connection and remote work setup Preferred Qualifications, But Not Required - Salesforce Administrator Certification - Experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud - Experience creating reports and dashboards - Experience with data cleanup or migration projects - Experience working with nonprofits - Experience supporting international teams - Experience with Google Workspace - Experience with AI or automation tools What We Are Looking For We're looking for someone who is: - Proactive and self-motivated - Comfortable learning new systems - Excited to work directly with leadership - Interested in meaningful, mission-driven work - Able to balance technology, communication, and operations You do not need a college degree.
