We are looking for a highly experienced, certified Salesforce Administrator with a strong seniority level and good English proficiency to join a fast-growing, global technology company. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, scalability, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform while supporting cross-functional and international teams. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. Configure and optimize objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and automation. Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and access policies. Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across the platform. Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement enhancements and new functionality. Provide advanced-level support to end users and resolve complex issues. Create and maintain clear documentation of processes, configurations, and best practices. Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements: Must-have Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in complex and demanding environments. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent). Intermediate to advanced English , with the ability to communicate effectively with global teams. Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, and platform administration. Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating requirements into solutions. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Nice-to-have Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator). Experience with system integrations and external tools. Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practices.
