REMWaste is hiring a Sales Team Leader who is still in the trenches.
This is not a strategy role. This is not a Head of Sales role. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who closes deals every day and develops the people around them to do the same.
You'll be on the phones. You'll be hitting personal targets. And you'll be coaching, listening to calls, and pulling your team's performance up alongside you.
