Sales Support

As a Sales Support Specialist, you’ll assist customers with flight bookings, travel inquiries, and policy guidance through email, chat, and phone. Using airline systems, you’ll manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while ensuring compliance with company standards. You’ll provide bilingual support in English and Spanish, collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, and maintain professionalism in every interaction. This remote role requires night shift availability and a strong commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction. Excellent technical proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. High work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Willingness to work remotely and on night shift schedules. Handle customer inquiries, bookings and travel-related concerns through email, chat, and phone. Provide accurate and timely information on flights, reservations and travel policies. Utilize airline systems and tools to manage tickets, cancellations, or modifications. Communicate effectively in English and Spanish to assist international customers. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently. Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards.
