Role Description The Sales Specialist will focus on driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, managing sales processes, and building strong customer relationships within the Australian market. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, growing relationships with local interior designers and architects to introduce our products to them. This is freelance, commission-based remote role, offering flexibility while requiring a high level of motivation and communication skills. Qualifications Strong Communication and sales skills to interact professionally with clients Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets Experience in outreach, lead generation, and cold calling Strong organizational and time management skills Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment A background in design, art, or furniture industries is a plus Compensation Commission rates are are uncapped, exclude existing clients & customers, and are in place for the full duration of the contract. Direct Sales commission: 15% (Australia & Worldwide) Indirect Sales commission: 5% of all Australia Sales
