As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Representative to drive revenue from our Java-based backend and enterprise software development services . Role Summary As a Sales Representative – Spring Boot (Java) , you will lead business development efforts for backend enterprise solutions, working with companies looking to modernize legacy systems or build secure, scalable Java-based applications. Your role involves prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting value propositions, and closing deals in collaboration with our technical team. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Spring Boot/Java development services. Understand client pain points and propose backend architecture and software solutions accordingly. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and deliver proposals, demos, and custom solutions. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing. Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast in CRM systems. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, especially in IT, finance, and healthcare domains. Stay up to date with Java ecosystem trends and how they apply to client needs. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B tech or software services sales. Proven track record of selling custom enterprise solutions, ideally involving Java/Spring Boot . Basic technical knowledge of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and Java backend frameworks. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience working with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. Preferred Qualifications Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar (or equivalent experience). Experience with enterprise clients or long-cycle software solution sales.
