Role Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team at Pentoz Technology. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and selling our range of IT services , including software development, cloud services, IT consulting, and custom IT solutions. You will work closely with the technical teams to ensure the best solutions are delivered to our clients. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and generate leads for potential clients in need of IT services (e.g., cloud solutions, software development, IT consulting, etc.). Sales Presentations & Proposals: Understand client needs and present customized IT solutions, highlighting the technical and business benefits. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales process, from initial contact and qualification to negotiations and deal closure. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships. Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with the development and consulting teams to create proposals and provide clients with accurate and relevant solutions. CRM Management & Reporting: Track all sales activities and customer information in CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasts and timely reporting. Market Research & Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings to present the most relevant solutions to clients. Requirements 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in IT services or technology solutions. Strong understanding of IT services , including software development, cloud computing, IT consulting, managed services , and custom IT solutions. Proven track record of generating leads, managing the sales cycle, and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho , etc. Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to translate technical offerings into business solutions. Preferred Qualifications Background in IT consulting, enterprise solutions, or SaaS sales . Familiarity with IT industry standards, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and emerging technologies. Knowledge of project management and delivery processes in IT services. Experience working with clients in industries like healthcare, finance, retail, or manufacturing.
