Millennial Assistants is looking to partner with sales-experienced independent contractors! Millennial Assistants, LLC. is a woman-owned, US-based remote workforce solutions company that provides a wide range of remote administrative and marketing services to small businesses. Who you are: You have an entrepreneurial spirit and an excitement for making a difference in the world by helping grow small businesses You have experience in B2B sales, a passion for the entire sales process, keep meticulous notes in your CRM, and have an appreciation for feedback from clients and management You have an understanding of how being an independent contractor works - you are your own business You're a self-starter who frequently says, "I don't know, but I'll figure it out!" You're tech savvy, self-motivated, and require minimal oversight You have an understanding of what goes into each type of sales strategy you prefer to use and can help develop processes/provide feedback to managers You have excellent attention to detail and a desire to produce high-quality work You are coachable and communicative You have a strong moral compass and refuse to revert to sketchy sales tactics just to make a sale You are based in the U.S. This is a commission-only position with flexible hours and the ability to help develop your own strategies for making sales. This position can be inside or outside sales, or a combination of both. You'll develop relationships with small business owners and find out if Millennial Assistants is a good fit for helping grow their business. We expect all sales reps to sell ethically. We prefer to under-promise and over-deliver and expect our sales reps to do the same. You'll be responsible for the entire sales process, from lead generation to close. We'd like to work with salespeople who are motivated to prospect and sell consistently and who are willing to communicate closely with the CEO or Sales Manager in order to have strategies developed and/or approved. Sales strategies may include (but are not limited to): - Cold calls - Outside sales - LinkedIn - Other social media platforms - Email campaigns We'd love to work with you to develop strategies that work best for YOU and your preferences and personality. We will collaborate with you to provide any materials and resources required for the job as approved by the CEO.
