Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Representative to join a growing UK-based business — fully remote, working South African hours aligned to the UK day. You'll be the engine behind new business growth, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys conversations and hitting targets. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls and emails Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients from first contact to close Present products or services clearly and handle objections with confidence Maintain accurate records in the CRM after every interaction Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the UK client team What You'll Need At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable on the phone and over email Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace What's on Offer Salary: R16,000 per month Full-time, permanent remote position Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) Equipment provided 20 days paid annual leave We welcome applications from all backgrounds.
