Sales Operations & Project Coordinator: Our client is seeking a highly analytical and technology-driven Sales Operations & Project Coordinator to support strategic business initiatives across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal teams. This role blends project coordination, CRM administration, process improvement, data management, and emerging technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and business growth. The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, excels at managing large data sets, and enjoys identifying opportunities to streamline processes through automation and innovative tools. This role is fully remote. Sales Operations & Project Coordinator Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate system migration and business process improvement initiatives across multiple departments. Manage CRM data integrity efforts, including auditing, cleansing, validating, and maintaining Salesforce records to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting reliability. Review and resolve aging sales opportunities, ensuring pipeline data remains current and actionable. Gather, analyze, transform, and migrate business-critical data to support platform consolidations and operational transitions. Perform product and SKU mapping activities to support system integrations and data migration projects. Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions utilizing AI-enabled tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Operations teams to identify and resolve process bottlenecks. Generate quotes, order documentation, and sales support materials while maintaining adherence to established processes and compliance requirements. Support contract administration and operational processes related to enterprise customers, renewals, and complex commercial agreements. Maintain and enhance Salesforce reporting, dashboards, workflows, and operational processes to support business decision-making. Analyze existing business processes and data models to identify opportunities for optimization and scalability. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of operational initiatives. Serve as a trusted resource for CRM-related questions, reporting requests, and process guidance across the organization. Update and maintain customer account information across multiple systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy throughout the customer lifecycle. Assist with compliance-related operational activities and documentation associated with regulated contracts and enterprise agreements. Create process documentation, workflow diagrams, and training materials to support adoption of new systems and procedures. Provide operational support for customer renewals, order processing, and issue resolution to minimize business disruptions. Collaborate with leadership to develop metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance insights that drive strategic decisions. Sales Operations & Project Coordinator Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Business Operations, Project Coordination, Renewals, or a related function. Advanced Salesforce experience, including CRM administration, reporting, dashboard creation, data management, and process optimization. Demonstrated experience performing large-scale data audits, cleansing activities, data migrations, and record management. Experience supporting cross-functional projects involving multiple business stakeholders and competing priorities. Strong understanding of business processes, sales operations workflows, and customer lifecycle management. Experience utilizing AI-powered tools, workflow automation platforms, or emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs, data validation, pivot tables, and complex spreadsheet management. Proficiency with Google Workspace and other business productivity applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Experience with reporting, business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics tools is preferred. Experience with enterprise software implementations, CRM migrations, or process transformation initiatives is preferred. Familiarity with e-Builder, Cityworks, ERP platforms, or related business systems is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently while driving projects to completion.
