A Typical Day: As Sales Manager, your day will be filled with exciting challenges and meaningful contributions. You can expect to: Lead and coach the Sales Specialist Team to deliver on commercial objectives. Develop and implement regional and local account plans with clear tactical strategies. Monitor key performance indicators to ensure targets are met, adjusting strategies as needed. Manage budgets effectively to demonstrate return on investment across the region. Foster productive working relationships with co-commercialization partners and key healthcare professionals (HCPs). Ensure full adherence to industry codes of practice and company procedures. Provide performance overviews to relevant business functions, supporting organizational success. Identify and share best practices to enhance team performance and collaboration. You: Have previous experience in 1st Line Management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Are passionate about coaching and developing teams to achieve their best. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and account management expertise. Excel at strategic planning, prioritization, and execution to achieve goals. Are skilled at networking, influencing, and building high-credibility relationships. Have a proven ability to spot business opportunities and turn them into solutions. Value collaboration and have experience working with cross-functional teams. Are comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to diverse environments. To Be Considered: Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences, pharmacy, chemistry, or biology, and have at least 7 years of progressive industry experience. MR certification and a valid driver’s license are required. Proficiency in working with data, CRM systems, and tools like Excel and PowerPoint is essential. Preferred qualifications include therapy area knowledge in respiratory and ENT, biologics sales experience, and established relationships with key opinion leaders in these fields.
