Now, to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Manager Personal and Home Care (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: As part of our sales team, you will support in developing and maintaining our business in the distribution of chemical raw materials related to our Personal and Home Care product segments in Hungary Thereby, you support expanding and managing our supplier as well as client relationships both commercially and technically through regular contact and visits You take over administrative sales tasks while we develop you further, enabling you to take over additional sales responsibilities By researching further client needs as well as new markets and monitoring market developments, you identify new and promising raw materials and products as well as sales opportunities Based on your analysis, our sales team (including you) sets targets for new business development, implements strategies for profitable sales growth, and extends our product portfolio Additionally, you create detailed market overviews and customer databases, bringing in new perspectives for business growth You will also collaborate closely with your sales colleagues located in Central and Eastern Europe to further develop our business and our product portfolio jointly Your profile: You successfully finished your university education with a focus on chemistry, chemical engineering or sales , alternatively a commercial education with technical capabilities Furthermore, you gained professional experience in sales or sales administration, preferrable in the chemical industry, and would like to increase your technical sales expertise related to the Personal and Home Care product segments (e.g., raw materials for household and cosmetic products) You are characterized by a profound customer and solution orientation as well as a high degree of initiative, reliability, and commitment through which you build strong, trustful relationships Preferably, you have an analytical, entrepreneurial, structured, and independent working style Additionally, you are a strong communicator in written and verbal Hungarian as well as English, with good negotiation abilities You hold a category B driving license and can travel regularly in Hungary, sometimes also abroad Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
