THE POSITION
Your Mission: To take the sales function to the next level. This is a player-coach role. You’ll manage, coach, and build the sales team while carrying a quota yourself. You’ll work directly with the CEO, partnering closely with marketing and operations to drive strategy, accountability, and measurable growth.

Success Definition: You deliver impact through the strategic precision, accountability, and reliability with which you scale the sales engine and lead a high-performing team to consistent growth. You are a professional of excellence who enjoys understanding sales systems and partnership dynamics at a deep level, providing absolute clarity and ensuring that complex B2B sales logic is translated into a stabilized, documented playbook that ensures revenue predictability and long-term client trust.
⚙️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Leadership & Strategy: You will directly lead, coach, and manage the sales team (Sales Directors and SDRs) by establishing structured communication and meeting cadences that ensure total alignment and accountability. Working in close coordination with the CEO and the Directors of Marketing and Operations, you will set and execute the overarching sales strategy, create and refine the documented playbooks necessary for scaling, and provide high-level weekly reporting on sales metrics, pipeline health, and overall performance.
- Team Management: Your focus will be on the end-to-end lifecycle of the sales team, from hiring and training new reps to providing the continuous mentorship and feedback required to improve skill consistency and results. You will hold the team to the highest standards of accountability regarding daily activities, KPIs, and company values, while fostering a culture of seamless collaboration across marketing, operations, and the executive leadership team.
- Sales Execution (80% Player - 20% Coach Role): As a high-performing "Player-Coach," you will lead by example by building and managing your own partnership pipeline with event planning companies and agencies, executing a strategic business development playbook to establish recurring revenue streams. You will personally prospect, propose, and close deals that drive growth while also serving as a backup Sales Director when necessary to ensure leadership coverage and consistent results across the board.
- Optimization & Growth: To fuel the company’s expansion, you will aggressively boost lead conversion rates, close ratios, and team commissions by identifying specific opportunities to “squeeze more juice” from existing leads and inbound demand. You will enforce strict process discipline and eliminate inefficiencies across the sales organization by reviewing and optimizing the systems and tools in the tech stack—including Pipedrive, Apollo.io, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, and Qua—to ensure reporting accuracy and peak operational performance.
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Must-have:
- Native-level or Neutral English (C1+): Absolute clarity and professional authority. You will lead high-stakes conversations with U.S.-based corporate clients and Fortune 500 stakeholders.
- Proven success as a Sales Manager (not a first-time manager).
- 5+ years in B2B service-based sales, ideally in small to mid-sized companies.
- Experience managing remote teams in Latin America selling to U.S.-based clients.
- Improving team performance and a demonstrated record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong leadership presence, communication, and coaching skills.
- Track record of hiring, training, and retaining top-performing reps.
- Deep understanding of sales process design, forecasting, and accountability systems.
Nice-to-have:
- Omnichannel outbound strategies (LinkedIn, phone, email, SMS).
- Familiarity with the corporate events or experiential marketing industry.
- Developing partnerships with agencies or recurring clients.

- Compensation: Base Pay: $3,000 – $4,300 USD/month depending on experience and matching + Uncapped Commissions + Bonuses based on sales team performance.
