Sales Engineer / Technical Business Development Manager is required to work for an respected Electronic manufacturing group to support their continued expansion. The role is required to promote the Group capability and partner with commercial teams in each of our businesses'. We seek solution sales approach focused to delivering value to our existing and perspective customers. Once we discover the client's needs, we link our Group technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate technical concepts to prospective clients and have experience with the electronic or technical industry. Location / Travel: This role is predominantly home based, however, frequent travel to clients and to manufacturing sites is required. This will include overnight stays, although most clients are based in the Midlands and South. Benefits: Guaranteed £5k in the first 3 months, OTE: £20K, £6k Car allowance, Pension and more. Sales Engineer Responsibilities include:Clearly articulate technical capabilities and give technical presentationPartner with the commercial teams to generate new and grow existing businessFind and maintain prospective clientsProvide general technical support to clients Sales Engineer requirement: Ability to discuss highly technical concepts with prospective leadsExperience selling within the electronics sectorWillingness to travel frequentlyStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, permanent days.
