About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Executive who thrives on building pipelines from scratch and understands the fast-moving world of staff augmentation and IT services sales. This role goes beyond basic outreach—you’ll be identifying companies with hiring needs, connecting with decision-makers on LinkedIn, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to business growth through both outbound sales and bidding platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify leads for Staff Augmentation, IT Staffing, and IT Services opportunities.
• Identify and engage hiring managers, founders, CTOs, VPs, and other decision-makers through LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
• Drive IT services sales by understanding client requirements and positioning suitable technology solutions.
• Build targeted prospect databases based on industry, company size, technology stack, hiring trends, and business requirements.
• Execute personalized outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other lead generation channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to meeting scheduling and opportunity qualification.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, interactions, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to align client requirements with available talent.
• Participate in proposal preparation, capability presentations, and client discussions.
• Generate business opportunities through Upwork and other freelancing/bidding platforms by submitting relevant proposals and engaging with prospective clients.
• Continuously refine outreach strategies, sales messaging, and targeting approaches to improve conversion rates.
What We're Looking For:
• 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, Staff Augmentation Sales, IT Staffing Sales, or B2B Technology Sales.
• Proven experience generating leads and business opportunities for IT services and staffing solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools.
• Experience managing sales pipelines, CRM systems, and prospect databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand client hiring requirements and propose suitable staffing or technology solutions.
• Strong follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Upwork bidding, freelancer platforms, or online proposal submission for IT services.
• Experience working with clients across the US, UK, Europe, or other international markets.
• Familiarity with recruitment processes, staffing models, and talent acquisition workflows.
• Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of email automation, outreach tools, and lead nurturing campaigns.
