What You’ll Do
Prospect candidates through calls, texts, email, and social media
Build trust quickly and create lasting relationships
Match healthcare professionals with open travel assignments
Negotiate offers and overcome objections
Manage a pipeline and move candidates fast
Hit goals, win business, and grow income
What We’re Looking For
✔ 6+ months of sales, retail, hospitality or relatable high-volume relationship experience
✔ Proven success hitting goals or metrics
✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills
✔ Competitive mindset with grit and resilience
✔ Coachable and hungry to grow
✔ Confidence to ask for the close
